The España Family
Noe España, Vivien Larible España, Noemi Lee España, Elan Alex España, and Marcos Ponce Lopez are five artists who make up Masterworx Entertainment. They perform all over the world, thrilling and entertaining families. Noe España is the fifth-generation heir to an incredible history of acrobatic talent, with family roots in both Europe and North America.
Challenged and inspired by the most complex acts in the circus repertoire that demand great precision, skill, and style, Noe has pushed the envelope with his interpretations of the Flying Trapeze, Sky-wheels, Motorcycle Thunder-dome, and Sky-cycle, among other aerial and thrill acts. He appeared on Fox television’s “KISS in Concert” national broadcast, at Madison Square Garden, and with Ringling Brothers Circus USA and Japan. He was awarded the prestigious Silver Clown at the International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo and the Action Maverick Award presented by Elizabeth Streb in New York City.
Noe’s wife, Vivien Larible España, is a seventh-generation circus performer, a member of the famous Larible family from Italy. She delights audiences with her grace and strength and her many aerial skills, like the Arial Lyra and Silks. Vivien’s Washington Trapeze was featured in well-known venues, including Carre in Amsterdam. She also appeared in the international festival of Monte Carlo and was featured center ring of Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus for six years, featured in Disney’s Sing Along DVD video “Let’s Go To The Circus.” Vivien has performed around the globe and is fluent in five languages — Italian, German, French, Spanish, and English.
Noemi Lee España, Noe and Vivien’s first-born child, debuted her energetic Hula Hoop act in Spain at age 14, whirling eight hoops at one time and using her strength in hand balancing and contortion to add a different spin in her act. She has performed for audiences in Barletta, Italy and Panama, and with her talent in syncing her movements with music, she landed a symphony theatre tour with Cirque Musica across the U.S. and Canada, Including a performance at the famous Hollywood Bowl.
Elan España Noe’s and Vivien’s second child, Elan, began to play around with the Juggling Diabolos at age six, and since then he has been around the world performing his energetic, skillful routine with his Juggling Diabolos, juggling three Diabolos at one time! Now 18, Elan has mastered the skill of the Cyr Wheel. His musicality and acrobatic background makes him a unique act. He performed in Barletta, Italy with his famous uncle, The Clown David Larible, and toured the U.S. to perform in front of many symphony orchestras, including the Boston Symphony, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.
Marcos Ponce Lopez, Noe España’s Wheel of Death partner, known as one of the “Impact Brothers,” was born in Malaga, Spain. At age 10 he took an interest in break dancing and started to compete at 13, winning prizes, including the title Champions of Spain. Marcos and his brother began to perform a unique act that mixed break dancing, acrobatic synchronicity, and hand-to-hand all over the world, in Turkey, Germany, Peru, France, Italy, and Saudi Arabia. The brothers also appeared in television shows, such as Gran Oportunidad on Telemundo. They also competed on Spain’s got Talent, where they made it to the semi-finals. With his break dancing and acrobatic background, he joined the circus and mastered the Wheel of Death act, one of the few to walk on the outside of the wheel on his hands.
Together the five have performed in many prestigious venues, from the Hollywood Bowl to the Sydney Opera House in Australia. They traveled and performed with Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus for many years, performing in almost all 50 states. Their talents have taken them to five continents, where they love to explore.
