Mission
Omnium Circus believes that a circus experience with a full spectrum of people representative of our global culture as artists, staff and audiences leads the way to a truly diverse, equitable inclusive and accessible society. We create a safe space where people from diverse backgrounds can experience wonder, laughter and joy together. We celebrate our diversity and create joy and laughter enriching empathy among all people and inspiring healthier communities through shared positive experiences.
Vision
Omnium: A Bold New Circus is a first of its kind: a singularly inclusive and accessible Circus that is multi-abled and representative, highlighting and celebrating that disability and diversity shine through the joy and excitement of Circus arts. As a non-profit built on a tripod of Entertainment, Employment and Education, Omnium Circus is comprehensively-inclusive and accessible on stage, behind the scenes and in our audience.

We are energizing the entire family entertainment industry, leading by example. Over 25% of our performing company and 40% of our total team is from within the disability community as artists, staff and board members. Mirroring the fact that 1 in 4 Americans has a disability. Omnium Circus is an award winning leader in the global movement toward greater diversity and inclusion recognized by the National Organization on Disability as a 2022 and 2023 Leading Disability Employer.

We all learn and grow every single day! Omnium Circus offers opportunities to learn no matter where you find yourself in life. We offer both virtual and in school programming, in person corporate Diversity, Equity, Access and Inclusion training all through the magical lens of Circus.
