Gustavo Serafini, Board Member

Gustavo believes in building a culture that empowers more human potential.

Gustavo was born with multiple physical disabilities, which has taught him the power of adaptation, resilience, and seeing people for who they are.

Gustavo co-founded Pure Audio Video 15 years ago, where he works in the home technology space and is currently advocating for Universal Design and Accessible Design in homes.

Last March, Gustavo started the Enabled Disabled podcast, which amplifies the work of people with a disability and the people who work with them. The podcast has grown into a community of change-makers who recognize that vulnerability is the foundation for strength, and that disability brings new skills and adaptations that help the world. 

Gustavo has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The University of Chicago, and a Law Degree from George Washington University.
