Scarlet Watts, Board Member
Scarlet Watts is a highly experienced Development professional who has raised millions of dollars for organizations tackling some of today’s most urgent challenges, including housing insecurity, LGBTQ+ youth crisis intervention, empowerment for girls with disabilities, immigration advocacy, equity in the arts, and universal health care access.
Scarlet has nearly 20 years of demonstrated success in revenue growth, strategic planning, building high-performance teams, and providing steadfast leadership through periods of organizational change. She has consistently boosted revenues with on-the-ground nonprofits providing direct services, as well as those working to change policy and build equity for underserved and underrepresented communities.
As someone who was born with a disability, Scarlet joined the Omnium family because she knows that, by offering more inclusive and accessible experiences in the performing arts, we can help all audience members – especially young people with diverse abilities, experiences and backgrounds – to see themselves as an integral part of our shared culture.
